On February 12-14, 200 customers from over 100 pharmacies joined Integra staff and representatives from 24 long-term care businesses in New Orleans, LA for the 10th Annual Integra Conference.

“The Integra Conference is a must attend event for us as product users,” said Angela Lindberg, Business Psychology Professional at Midwest Medical. “This year, we decided to send some key players from all areas of our operation, from IT to Project Management. Each attendee was able to identify key take-aways that save us valuable time so we are better able to care for our patients.”

Keynote Speaker Sean Glaze got the event off to an energetic start with interactive, teambuilding exercises. Industry expert Lou Ann Brubaker’s presentation on how pharmacies can obtain and retain SNF accounts, and follow-up breakout session, were especially popular. On Thursday, Integra President Kevin Welch announced a soon-to-be-released DocuTrack Module, Direct Print – which prints documents directly into DocuTrack, and The Integra Society – a new online community for pharmacy professionals.
